Our Story

We have been making handmade pies in Lafayette LA since 2016. Korey Champagne, owner/operator, began making pies in his spare time while working as a paramedic. Starting at the Lafayette Farmers and Artisans Market with only a few hand pies, we quickly became market regulars and you can now find us at many other festivals and events. Featuring local products and ingredients whenever possible, our menu is frequently changing to reflect seasonal availability.
